Ann has recently joined the firm as Of Counsel having previously worked for many years with a firm bearing her name. Her field of concentration is trusts and estates, guardianships, and elder law.
A Mentor for the Elder Law Clinic at New York Law School, Ann holds a Fiduciary Certification from the New York Office of Court Administration and is appointed as Guardian (including Guardian ad Litem), Court Evaluator, and Counsel to the Alleged Incapacitated Person. She frequently serves as counsel to Guardians. Ann is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and holds a J.D. degree from Fordham Law School.
Ann is also appointed by the Court as a receiver in both judicial dissolutions and real estate matters and as a referee in foreclosure proceedings. She has been an arbitrator in Small Claims Court in New York County since 1995 and is also an arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange and National Association of Securities Dealers, now FINRA.
