Very patient and very thorough

I hired Lawrence to handle a probate matter in New York. Lawrence was called in to complete the matter after my prior attorney could not complete the assigned tasked. Lawrence is very patient and very thorough. He went over the entire process with me, explained next steps and guided me and my family throughout. Like many families we do not all get along, Lawrence was able to work the problem and complete the shared goal of completing the probate process. He resolved issues, kept an open line of communication with everyone and worked quickly to the stated goal. When one family member refused to cooperate, Lawrence reached out and talked rationally with her and was able to keep that one person in line.
